How TaxiPass 1-800-CAB-RIDE Works
Use our website to book taxi rides to or from the airport, or across town for any occassion. Your taxi reservation is fast, easy, and guaranteed. Here's how it works.

Click To Begin Start by clicking the "Taxi Search" tab.

From here, you'll be able to: 
  1. Example Screen Price Your Ride(s)
    Enter where you want to go and select whether you need a return trip to bring you back.
     
  2. Select Ride(s)
    Review taxi prices* and select trips you want to book.
     
  3. Book Ride
    Enter passenger and payment info, confirm grand total, and book.  If you get confused at any point along the way, you can always call 1-800-CAB-RIDE at any time to complete your booking.
      
  4. Get Ready For Pick-Up
    For NON-airport rides, the taxi will arrive at the time and location specified in your reservation.
     
    For airport pick-ups**, upon arrival, you will need to dial 1-800-CAB-RIDE and follow the automated system to receive pick up instructions (you'll need to know the cab # and airport pick-up area).  This call also dispatches the taxi.
     
  5. Take Your Taxi Ride
    Give your name to the cabdriver, and the driver will verify your ride.  Once verified, you will be taken to your destination.  You will not need to pay the cabdriver because your payment was already made online.  You may, however, be asked by the driver to sign a voucher for proof of service (so the driver can get paid by his/her cab company).
     
  6. Track Rides or Make Changes and Cancellations
    This can be all be done online through 1800CAB-RIDE.com or by calling 1-800-CAB-RIDE.

Notes:
* Prices are based on point to point rides, and do not include any stops, detours or waiting time beyond 5 minutes after pickup (except for at airports when the car will only be dispatched after the passenger lands and calls 1-800-CAB-RIDE).
** For some airport pickups, taxis can not make reserved rides, so a livery car or sedan will be utilized. If your flight is delayed the taxi will not be dispatched until you call.
